Iberian car? Small? Ibiza...
I'd say that car is the León, which is classified in the United Kingdom as a "small family car", the equivalent in North America of a "(non-luxury) compact car". Most European countries would call them a C-segment car. I love both that car and that segment (although I've never seen that car in metal).
