VW Phaeton II

Rumours have surfaced regarding a possible VW Phaeton II. So it seems VW insists trying to compete in this segment after all. The interesting bit is that it seems it's going for a 5 door hatch. Hard to believe in a conservative company like VW. Could it be related to a possible cooperation with Porsche on the next Panamera?
